Nutragen Co. Ltd. is dedicated to lead the way in researching and developing natural bio-substances
using natural components that are efficacious for treating dementia in the cranial nervous system
and arthritis (musculoskeletal system) and releasing products that pioneer the preventive healthcare industry.
Nutragen Co. Ltd. has established a medical research center focused on natural products.
Our key research projects are natural substances that are beneficial for preventing and treating dementia,
for which we have acquired individual certifications from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.
Our therapeutic ingredients for joint treatment differ fundamentally in their mechanism of action (MOA)
from other existing arthritis treatments and have successfully completed clinical testing as a product
in the “health functional food” category. We are thus in the process of testing and researching dozens of
natural substances that are efficacious for human health. For example, we have acquired a patent for the extraction
and pulverization of aronia berries, which is highly regarded for its antioxidant properties,
and we are currently expediting the development of related products.
Our company will continue to utilize our accumulated archive of expertise in natural products and make these candidates
for new drug ingredients available in the form of health functional
products prior to new drug development.
